¹ 20% Discount Eligibility: To qualify for the "Up-and-Coming" rate, clients must meet one of the criteria listed below at the time of booking. Verification may be requested. This discount excludes VAT and third-party licensing.

  • Design: Emerging professionals within 5 years of graduation from design/architecture school or those within their first 3 years of independent practice.

  • Lifestyle: Independent brands, pop-ups, or hospitality ventures with fewer than operating for less than 3 years.
